A Practical Hologic Equipment Buying Checklist: Lessons After $217,000 in Mistakes

There's something satisfying about seeing a Hologic purchase go through without a surprise change order. After nine years, that's the closest thing to a win I get. I'm not going to tell you this checklist will prevent every mistake—I still get surprised sometimes—but it has kept us from repeating the expensive ones.
